Terms and Conditions

Raikas Digital Oy, Business ID: FI33836197, address: Kuusitie 15, 98900 Salla, Finland, sells products to companies and adult private individuals.
These terms and conditions apply to orders placed in our online store nordicknittingshop.com and to the corresponding deliveries.

These terms and conditions are valid from November 27, 2024. We reserve the right to amend the terms unilaterally from time to time, so please review our terms before each order.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after the order has been placed. During busy periods, such as sales or campaigns, processing times may be longer.

We use Posti, PostNord, and Matkahuolto for deliveries. Orders can also be picked up from our Salla store at Myllytie 1, 98900 Salla.

Currently we ship to EU.

We aim to dispatch the order within 1–2 business days of receiving it. During campaign periods, dispatch may sometimes take an additional day or two.

Delivery times:

  • Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 1-2 business days
  • Sweden & Denmark: 2-5 business days
  • Rest of the Europe: 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates, and Raikas Digital Oy is not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any indirect costs or losses resulting from delivery delays.

Backorders

If your order contains products that are on backorder, we will ship the entire order at once. If you wish to receive the items in stock immediately, please place two separate orders.

Returns

Our products come with a 30-day return policy. You may return part or all of your order.
Please note that digital products (such as PDF instructions) are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns.

To cancel a purchase, you must notify us in writing by sending a return notice via email to info@nordicknittingshop.com. We will then send you a return shipping label by email.

Your email must include:

  • Your name and order number
  • Your phone number
  • The products you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Please note that an uncollected parcel is not the same as a return.
For uncollected parcels, we charge a €15 handling fee to cover postage and packaging costs.
If you wish to have the parcel reshipped, we will charge the actual shipping costs. The parcel will be sent once payment has been received.

Pack the products carefully in their original packaging (or other clean packaging) and include your return details (order number, phone number, and name) printed or written on paper.
If the returned product is damaged, used, or not in its original packaging, Raikas Digital Oy is not obligated to issue a refund.

You will receive an email once the refund has been processed. Refunds are made within 14 days after we have received the returned items, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Payment Service Provider

The payment intermediary and service provider is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient on your bank statement or card invoice and transfers the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license.

In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another, please return your order (or part of it) according to the instructions above and place a new order through the online store.

Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped.
